Both Residents and their Guarantors must apply online. When applying online, please remember to attach all necessary documentation, including the complete guarantor form and proof of guarantor's income; you have the option to attach these documents to your online application, otherwise you must email them directly to: rentalteam@eipm.us.com. If e-mailing separately, be sure to have the applicant's name on the guarantor form.
Both Residents and Guarantors must each pay a $45 application processing fee online when applying. Application fees are non-refundable unless the application is not processed.
Please note: We currently do not have a complete availability list as we are waiting for current residents to return their renewal paperwork. If you apply and are approved, an email will be sent to you after January 15th, 2026 allowing you to select your specific unit and schedule a lease signing. All lease signings will be remote, via Zoom and the lease signed electronically via Docusign.
