  • Q. When is my rent due?

    A. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Rent can be dropped off to the office in person or in one of our two secured drop boxes.

  • Q. Is there a grace period?

    A. Unfortunately there is no grace period. Rent that is not turned in by the 1st is considered late, and a late fee of $65.00 will be applied to your account. If you do turn in rent late the additional fee must be included.

  • Q. If the 1st of the month falls on the weekend when & how should I turn in rent?

    A. If the 1st of the month is a Saturday or Sunday rent is due the Friday prior.

  • Q. What types of payments are acceptable?

    A. We do not accept cash. Online rent payments may be made thru the Primary Renter’s tenant portal (activation required), or by a single personal check, money order(s) or cashier’s check, payable to EIPM.

  • Q. Can I pay rent with multiple checks?

    A. We do not accept multiple checks for rent & parking payments. Please coordinate with your roommates so that the money can be compiled and then submitted with a single payment.

  • Q. If I have a plumbing issue after hours or on a weekend, whom do I call first?

    A. Call the maintenance number provided in your move in packet first. If you are unable to get a hold of our maintenance, please call a plumber from our contracted plumbers list on our website.

  • Q. What if I want to dispute a bill or security deposit refund?

    A. All disputes must be submitted in writing. Bring in your dispute, or email RentalTeam@eckertinvestments.com regarding the matter. Please include: all names on lease, property address, unit and specifics about the dispute.

  • Q. How can I reserve a parking space? How much is reserved parking each month?

    A. To reserve a parking spot you will first need to submit a request in writing either in person or via email to the property manager. Parking fees vary by property; see “Parking Addendum” for current information.

  • Q. May I have a visiting pet?

    A. Per your lease agreement there are no pets allowed, without prior written approval. See paragraph 8 of Rental Agreement for more information.

  • Q. Do I need to have Renter’s Insurance?

    A. Yes. Residents are required to obtain and maintain renter’s insurance with coverage limits no less than $300,000 coverage for liability for bodily injury and property (combined single limit is acceptable).
